In early 2004 I decided to link all my sites by creating MalosaWeb - the name taken from a mountain in Malawi - as, despite some common themes, the sites listed on this page are rather disparate and would never harmonise without some kind of linking thread. This graphic (
) beside a link it indicates that clicking on the link will open a new window and take you away from this site.
Please contact me if you want to know more about my websites or if you want to discuss possible web design facilities with me.
- The New Chalet
Club
's website
was the first website I developed. Back in 1998 I started to create and maintain the site for a club devoted to the works of Elinor M Brent-Dyer and although I handed over the maintenance in October
2007, it will always be my 'firstborn'. - GirlsOwn
is an e-mail discussion list which focuses on collectable children's literature
of the twentieth century. The site I am responsible for is the Information
Area for the list-members, containing, amongst other things, a Frequently
Asked Questions (FAQ) area. - Living With
Wheels
is a site which focuses on some aspects of living with wheels rather than
feet and was designed for a web design course run by The Learning Library.
As from May 2006 Living With Wheels is being added to on a semi-regular
basis. - TopsyWeb
is a collection of some stray thoughts concerning the portrayal of disabled
people in children's fiction of the twentieth century which have culminated
in a book to be published by Bettany
Press
in the spring of 2008. - Claire Hall Consultancy
Ltd
is a business website which focuses on housing options for disabled people.
- Countrylifestyles
Ltd
is a company which I rely on to maintain my wheelchairs. They operate
mainly in Kent and South East London and do an excellent job.
